A PLAYGROUND FOR PAPER
Imagine it.
Preview it.
Make it yours.
Two classic patterns. A square-paper tray.
Play with the folds and find your own kind of wow.
Instant preview. Real geometry. Room to play.
Studio access controlled by the store owner.
POSSIBILITY
Make a little
paper happiness.
A workbench for exploring paper geometry.
Here’s what you can do today.
- 1
Start with a shape
Pick a preset from the accordion family. Every one begins with a rectangular sheet and parallel creases.
- 2
Explore every angle
Change the panel count, paper size, and fold depth. The preview uses exact rigid-panel transformations.
- 3
Make a paper experiment
Export the same crease pattern as SVG or FOLD. Red is mountain, blue is valley. Physical results still need testing.
What this playground can do +
A little honesty behind the magic.
This prototype supports standard accordion and Miura mechanisms plus an original square-paper tray reference model, generated with original code and parameters. This playground does not run an AI model. The separate private AI design lab uses AI-guided parameters for bounded cut-outline radial fans or square-paper trays on reviewed geometry. Neither experience creates arbitrary objects, simulates paper thickness, or certifies physical foldability.
Our longer-term direction is AI-assisted, customizable origami. Research inspiration includes COrigami; its pipeline is not implemented here. FOLD files follow the open FOLD format. This preview is our own bounded geometry viewer, not Origami Simulator.
